Tasks

Insights are worthless until someone acts on them. Tasks is the backlog every other page feeds — ranked so the biggest win for the least work is always on top.

Where tasks come from

Anywhere you see an “add to tasks” action:

SourceThe one-click action
Question MiningThe Task column: “create content answering this question”.
Content Studio“Publish task” on a finished draft.
Page Optimization“Improve this page” on a page-test result.
Citation SourcesPush an outreach target into the backlog.
Competitor gaps“Close this gap” on a losing question in Brand Exposure.
ManualThe “Add task” button on this page.

Every generated task deep-links back to the item it came from — the mined question, the draft, the test result — so context is one click away when you pick it up.

How priority works

Tasks rank by impact ÷ effort: how much a completed task should move your visibility, relative to the work it takes. High-volume questions you’re losing rank above low-volume nice-to-haves. Work the list top-down and you’re automatically doing the highest-leverage GEO work first.

Working the list

  • Filter tabs — All / To-do / In progress / Done — with live counts.
  • Click the status badge to advance a task: To-do → In progress → Done.
  • Each row shows its source, priority, and optional due date; edit or delete from the row actions.

Done tasks show up in your report

Completed tasks appear in the Work shipped section of Progress Report — mark work done as you finish it and your before/after story writes itself.
