Progress Report

One page that answers "is this working?" — every metric shown against the previous period, alongside the work you shipped. Built to be handed to a client or a boss as-is.

Choosing the window

The header toggle picks the reporting period — 7, 30, or 90 days. Every number on the page is then compared to the window immediately before it: last 30 days vs. the 30 before that, and so on. Match the window to your collection cadence — a 7-day report needs daily runs to say anything.

What’s in the report

  • At a glance — KPI cards for visibility, average rank, sentiment, and brand citations, each with its change versus the prior period.
  • Visibility over time — the mention-rate trend across the window.
  • By engine — the same comparison per AI platform, so you can see where you gained and where you slipped.
  • By question — per-question movement; the fastest way to spot which content actually moved a number.
  • Work shipped — the tasks completed during the window, connecting outcomes to effort.

Exporting

Export PDF uses the browser’s print dialog with a print-optimized layout — choose “Save as PDF” and you have a client-ready document. The current brand, window, and filters are baked into what you see, so set those first.

For agencies

Set a weekly schedule per client brand, mark tasks done as you ship, and month-end reporting collapses to: open Progress Report, pick 30 days, export. The “Work shipped” section is your invoice narrative.
