Keyword Research

Classic search data inside GEOX: expand a seed keyword into ideas with real volume, CPC, competition, and difficulty — so your GEO work targets demand that actually exists.

Running a search

The Keyword Research page with seed keyword input, market selector, and result count
Seed keyword + market → keyword ideas with real volume, CPC, and difficulty.
  1. 1

    Enter a seed keyword

On Keyword Research (sidebar → Research), type a seed like “project management software” and pick the location and language for the market you care about.

  2. 2

    Read the results table

Each keyword idea comes back with search volume, CPC, competition, and difficulty — real search-market data, not AI estimates.

  3. 3

    Save the keepers

Save keywords you want to keep; they appear in the saved keywords table below, scoped to the current brand, so your research accumulates instead of evaporating between sessions.

If a seed returns nothing

Try a broader seed — very niche phrases often have no reported volume. Start wide, then narrow.

How this feeds your GEO work

  • Validate mined questions. Question Mining estimates popularity with AI; cross-check its promising clusters against real keyword volume before you invest in content.
  • Find question phrasings. High-volume keywords convert naturally into tracked questions — “best X for Y” keywords are exactly what people also ask AI assistants.
  • Prioritize content. When two competitor gaps look equally winnable, close the one whose underlying keyword has real demand first.

Keyword Research uses live search-data providers and consumes credits per search, but involves no LLM — results are market data, and repeated identical searches are served from cache.
