Alerts & brand knowledge

Two supporting features reached from Settings: alerts watch your metrics so you don't have to, and the knowledge base keeps AI-generated content grounded in your real facts.

Alerts

GEOX compares each new collection against your history and raises an alert when something meaningful changes — a mention-rate swing, a rank shift, a sentiment turn. The bell in the top bar shows an unread badge and the latest alerts; View all alerts opens the full page.

  • Check now re-evaluates your latest data on demand — useful right after a run finishes.
  • Filter All / Unread, or clear the backlog with Mark all read.
  • Alerts need history to compare against — expect them once you have a few runs, not after your first.

With a schedule running, alerts are your early-warning system: check the bell instead of re-reading dashboards daily, and open Brand Exposure only when something actually moved.

Brand knowledge

Reached from Settings → Brand knowledge base, this is a structured editor for your brand’s canonical facts: what the product does, pricing, key features, integrations, positioning, boilerplate. You can import a starting point from your website and edit from there.

Its job is to keep generated content truthful. When Content Studio writes or rewrites, claims come from this knowledge base — your facts are kept, never invented. A thin knowledge base produces generic drafts; a rich one produces drafts with the concrete, specific claims AI engines love to quote.

Keep it current

Revisit the knowledge base whenever pricing or features change — stale facts flow straight into future drafts. Concrete beats vague: “14-day free trial, no card required” outperforms “generous trial” in both drafts and citations.
